Pellet to pallet.
Seven controlled stages, each measured. Nothing leaves the floor that has not been inspected against the drawing it was built from.
Raw material
Virgin food-grade polypropylene and HDPE sourced from trusted, audited vendors. Every incoming lot is inspected before it reaches the hopper — melt flow index, moisture, contamination.
Design & DFM
Parts are modelled in CAD and reviewed for manufacturability before a single tool is cut. Wall thickness, draft, gate location and shrink allowance are settled on screen, not on the floor.
Tooling
Advanced knowledge of moulds and tools lets us design and develop customised packaging solutions for varied requirements — multi-cavity tools built and maintained in-house.
Injection moulding
Highly automated, all-electric machinery ensures precision and consistent quality. Closed-loop process control holds cycle time, melt temperature and clamp force run after run.
Decoration & labelling
IML in-mould labelling, multi-colour shrink sleeving, dry offset printing and screen printing — applied in-house to enhance shelf appeal and brand recognition.
Quality control
Every stage, from raw material inspection to final dispatch, is governed by strict quality control. Dimensional checks, seal integrity, drop and stack testing against international standards.
Packing & delivery
Palletised and shipped through a comprehensive distribution system enabling us to serve customers across multiple locations nationwide.
Food-grade, BPA-free
Material selection and process hygiene appropriate for direct food contact across every food and dairy line.
International quality standards
Products are manufactured and tested against international quality standards using premium materials and advanced technology.
Cost-effective and sustainable
We prioritise sustainable, cost-effective packaging solutions tailored to meet diverse industry needs.
