Seven controlled stages — each measured, each inspected. Our Dadra, Silvassa manufacturing plant produces food-grade PP, HDPE and PET plastic containers using all-electric injection moulding machinery. Nothing leaves the floor that has not been verified against the drawing it was built from.
Raw material inspection
Virgin food-grade polypropylene (PP) and HDPE resin sourced from trusted, audited vendors in India. Every incoming lot is inspected before it reaches the hopper — melt flow index, moisture content and contamination checks ensure only certified material enters the moulding process.
Design & DFM
Parts are modelled in CAD and reviewed for Design for Manufacturability (DFM) before a single tool is cut. Wall thickness, draft angles, gate location and shrink allowance are settled on-screen, not on the floor — reducing tooling cost and lead time for custom plastic packaging projects.
Mould tooling
Advanced in-house knowledge of plastic injection moulds and tooling lets us design and develop customised packaging solutions for varied requirements. Multi-cavity tools built and maintained in-house deliver consistent output across every production run — without relying on external tool shops.
Plastic injection moulding
Highly automated, all-electric injection moulding machinery ensures precision and consistent quality at our Dadra, Silvassa facility. Closed-loop process control holds cycle time, melt temperature and clamp force run after run — so every piece matches the approved sample.
Decoration & labelling
Multi-colour shrink sleeving, dry offset printing and screen printing applied in-house — enhancing shelf appeal and brand recognition for sweet shops, dairy brands, textile retailers and food businesses. No outsourcing, no registration drift.
Quality control
Every stage, from raw material inspection to final dispatch, is governed by strict quality control. Dimensional checks, seal integrity testing, drop testing and stack-load testing against international standards ensure food-grade, BPA-free, tamper-evident products leave the factory floor.
